Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Support Center Analyst to deliver exceptional support to our Norwegian-speaking clientele. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact, resolving a wide range of inquiries and technical issues while working directly with customers and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and product-related questions.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Assist clients in understanding product features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and improve support mechanisms.
- Monitor ticket progress and follow up with customers to ensure prompt resolution.
- Keep abreast of new products, updates, and industry best practices.
