Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Remote Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and customer service to our Norwegian-speaking clientele. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience by effectively resolving inquiries and technical issues.
What You'll Do
- Deliver top-notch support to Norwegian-speaking customers through remote channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot a wide range of technical problems related to software and hardware.
- Walk customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear and concise solutions.
- Document all support interactions accurately in the support system and maintain thorough case records.
- Work closely with technical teams to escalate and address complex issues promptly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to confirm that their issues have been successfully resolved.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry developments to provide informed, quality support.
