Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Email Support Specialist to provide high-quality email support to our Norwegian-speaking clientele. You will ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently, playing a key role in maintaining strong client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer emails in Norwegian, offering accurate and comprehensive answers about products and services.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to orders, account management, and general support issues.
- Effectively troubleshoot problems and provide solutions or escalate them to management when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain high standards of service.
- Identify and relay common customer issues and feedback to management to drive improvements.
- Remain knowledgeable about product updates and company policies to provide informed assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong written communication skills with a professional and clear tone.
- Excellent problem-solving skills capable of handling customer inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently in a remote setting.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in email support or customer service is preferred.
