Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service professional to provide exceptional support to our clients. You'll be a key point of contact, resolving inquiries and building positive relationships while immersing yourself in the vibrant culture of Spain.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Norwegian through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with questions about products and services, providing accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality.
- Stay knowledgeable about company products and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to continuously enhance customer service skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Norwegian and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Able to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Spain and embrace a new cultural experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Nice to Have
