Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Norwegian Customer Advisor to provide high-quality support to NIKON's Norwegian-speaking customers from our Lisbon office. You will be the key point of contact, delivering prompt and effective solutions to create a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries regarding NIKON products and assist in resolving issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately to maintain a high level of service.
- Work closely with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on NIKON's product features and promotional offers to provide accurate information.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with the team to improve service strategies.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development activities.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Interest in photography and familiarity with NIKON products is an advantage.
