What You'll Do
Take ownership of the technical sales strategy for food ingredients across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and supplier portfolios, then translate insights into actionable plans. Build trusted relationships with customers and suppliers through regular engagement, needs assessment, and tailored solution development.
Support product adoption by leading lab and production-scale trials, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring successful implementation. Collaborate closely with customer service and category management teams to align sales goals and deliver consistent value. Manage pricing, follow up on quotations, and contribute to budget planning and sales forecasting.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Food Technology or a closely related field
- Demonstrate fluency in English and at least one Nordic language, both written and spoken
- Bring proven ability to solve technical challenges in food product development
- Show strong organizational skills, reliability, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
- Have a valid driving license and be prepared for regular regional travel
