Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Nordic Speaking Remote Support Specialist to deliver high-quality remote support to Nordic-speaking clients, addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues swiftly. You will ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding remote support to Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking services.
- Document all customer interactions and support resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and share knowledge.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and technological advancements to assist customers effectively.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to improve support capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- A strong interest in technology with the ability to troubleshoot various technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required for employment eligibility.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer support or a related technical position is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and hardware is an advantage.
