Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support agent for its Home Appliances Department. You will provide expert guidance and problem-solving support to customers from Nordic countries, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty through attentive, personalized service.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language regarding home appliances.
- Provide assistance with product installation, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.
- Document all customer interactions for quality control and service improvement.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to address complex customer issues promptly.
- Stay updated on product features, manuals, and common troubleshooting techniques.
- Gather and report customer feedback to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Promote customer loyalty by delivering attentive and personalized service.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using customer service platforms and basic computer applications.
- A passion for home appliances and a willingness to learn about new products.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
