Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Nordic-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our online retail department. In this remote role based in Greece, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their shopping journey.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer service in a Nordic language via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, refunds, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Gather customer feedback to help continuously improve our offerings and services.
- Stay updated on online retail trends and promotions to effectively assist customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English.
- Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.
- A customer-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively.
- Detail-oriented nature with strong organizational abilities.
- An interest in online shopping and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in online retail or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems.
