Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Service professional to join our E-commerce Department. You will provide exceptional service to our Nordic-speaking customer base, handling inquiries related to products, orders, and returns to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer service in a Nordic language through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product details, order statuses, and return processes.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory departments to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
- Gather customer feedback to improve services continuously.
- Stay updated on current promotions, products, and trends in the e-commerce sector.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, with strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Passion for online shopping and a commitment to providing a superior customer experience.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the e-commerce industry.
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems.
