CallTek is seeking a NOC Helpdesk Bilingual Analyst (English Speaker) to deliver high-quality technical support and monitoring services for our clients' network infrastructure. You will be a key point of contact, using your communication skills to resolve technical inquiries and maintain system reliability.
What You'll Do
- Monitor network performance and respond proactively to alerts to ensure maximum uptime.
- Provide technical assistance in English to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with new technologies and best practices.
- Assist in generating reports on network performance and incident management.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- A high school diploma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with network protocols, systems administration, and ticketing systems.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support environment.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL.
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
