CallTek was looking for a NOC Helpdesk Bilingual (English Speaker)

CallTek is seeking a NOC Helpdesk Bilingual Analyst (English Speaker) to deliver high-quality technical support and monitoring services for our clients' network infrastructure. You will be a key point of contact, using your communication skills to resolve technical inquiries and maintain system reliability.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor network performance and respond proactively to alerts to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Provide technical assistance in English to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with new technologies and best practices.
  • Assist in generating reports on network performance and incident management.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • A high school diploma.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, systems administration, and ticketing systems.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support environment.
  • Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL.
  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
