Join Aimbridge Hospitality as a Night Auditor, the key role that keeps our hotel operations running smoothly while the world sleeps. You’ll be responsible for overnight guest service, financial auditing, security, and reporting, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for every guest.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM), handling check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
- Own the Night Audit, balancing the books, finalizing transactions, and ensuring every financial number is correct.
- Keep the property safe and sound by conducting regular security walks.
- Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management an overview of overnight activity.
- Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch during the night.
- Solve problems independently using technology like Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- College coursework beneficial.
- 1 year in a hotel or related field.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
