Aimbridge Hospitality is looking for a Night Auditor to ensure the smooth operation of our overnight hotel functions at the Wyndham New Orleans French Quarter hotel. You'll be the point of contact for late-night guests, maintain financial accuracy, and uphold our commitment to creating unforgettable experiences during the 11 PM – 7 AM shift.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests and handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night inquiries during the overnight shift.
- Perform night audit duties including balancing books and finalizing transactions.
- Conduct regular security walks to ensure property safety.
- Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations overnight.
- Solve problems independently using technology like Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
