Join Aimbridge Hospitality as a Night Auditor, the essential team member who ensures smooth overnight operations at our hotel in Ontario-Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You will provide guest service, conduct financial audits, and oversee property security from 11 PM to 7 AM, playing a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests and handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night inquiries during the overnight shift.
- Perform the Night Audit, balancing books and finalizing daily financial transactions.
- Conduct regular security walks to ensure property safety.
- Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth overnight operations.
- Solve problems independently using technology.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- College coursework.
- 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
- Supervisory experience.
