EROS Technologies Inc. is hiring a NICE WFM Services Engineer

Responsibilities

Remotely or on-site, deploy NICE WFM server applications on Linux and Windows platforms.
Establish and support integrations between the NICE WFM system and multiple ACD platforms.
Configure data import and export functions to and from the NICE WFM application.
Enable and set up optional functionalities within the NICE WFM suite.
Provide technical guidance to clients, partners, and internal teams on data interfaces and system features.
Support additional technical assignments related to NICE WFM operations as required.
