Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in technical customer support within a SaaS or rapidly scaling technology organization
- Proven ability to collaborate remotely with international teams in a startup environment
- Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving technical problems involving APIs or web browser errors
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality support
- Self-driven with a focus on taking initiative and executing tasks efficiently
Nice to Have
- Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with added advantage for prior use of the platform
