Design and support advanced contact center technologies using NICE InContact CXOne platforms. As a NICE CXOne Engineer, you'll lead the development and deployment of IVR enhancements, create efficient call routing logic, and integrate backend systems through APIs across multiple client environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, test, and deploy updates to IVR systems in coordination with agency partners and technical teams.
- Build and maintain call flow designs using NICE CXOne Studio, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Integrate third-party applications and services through API development and consumption.
- Support routing architecture for contact center operations, improving efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to optimize network performance and system reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to scripting, system integration, and production incidents.
- Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across teams and communicate resolution plans during critical events.
- Review support cases with leadership and ensure timely resolution across departments.
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least three years of hands-on experience with NICE InContact CXOne and CXOne Studio scripting. Proven ability to implement cloud-based SaaS solutions is essential, along with familiarity in virtualized environments including application servers, databases, and networking. You should be able to interpret business needs into technical designs and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred skills include experience creating contact center dashboards, understanding of data flow between systems, end-to-end application troubleshooting, and resolving browser-level issues with web platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
