Position Overview
This field-based role specializes in neuroscience therapeutics within the central nervous system (CNS) space, serving healthcare providers through in-person and digital outreach. The specialist supports patient care by delivering accurate, on-label product information, connecting providers with appropriate resources, and fostering meaningful dialogue around treatment approaches and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage healthcare professionals using virtual and digital platforms to discuss product access, clinical data, and patient management strategies.
- Coordinate educational events and speaker-led discussions to share real-world insights with provider groups and regional leaders.
- Collect and share local market feedback with leadership to shape strategic planning and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting strategies based on frontline customer interactions.
- Direct inquiries to appropriate support personnel when necessary, ensuring timely resolution of provider needs.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies during all promotional and educational activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, with at least four years of direct sales experience engaging healthcare providers.
- Proven ability to interpret and convey complex clinical data clearly and accurately.
- Experience in commercial life sciences or related industries with cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfort operating in evolving environments with shifting priorities and strategic direction.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel locally; overnight travel may be required based on territory needs.
- Residency within 50 miles of the primary territory city is required.
Preferred Background
- Prior work in CNS, psychiatry, or ADHD therapeutic areas.
- Experience launching new products or indications into the market.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $107,362 – $166,750, with additional incentive opportunity. Work Location
This is a local-position based in the West Jordan or Bingham Canyon, UT area. Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of the primary city in the territory. Travel may be required depending on geographic needs.
