NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Network Systems Engineer to deliver advanced technical leadership and infrastructure support for the Azure Core Networking team within Government Cloud environments. This role provides Tier 2 expertise, leading complex incident response and ensuring operational excellence for mission-critical networking infrastructure across secure federal facilities.
What You'll Do
- Deliver advanced technical leadership and infrastructure support for the Azure Core Networking team within Government Cloud environments.
- Provide Tier 2 expertise, leading complex incident response and deep-dive troubleshooting for mission-critical networking infrastructure.
- Ensure operational excellence for networking infrastructure across secure federal facilities.
- Serve as a technical authority for services including PhysNet, FPN, ExpressRoute, VPN, and advanced network services.
- Support 24x7 operations.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2+ years of experience in network operations or technical support.
- High level knowledge of enterprise networking architectures, including advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, and secure VPN technologies.
- Ability to design, evaluate, and troubleshoot complex network topologies.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure networking services, including ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, and/or Virtual WAN, supporting large-scale, mission-critical government cloud environments.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- US Citizenship.
- Must have a valid US passport.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance.
Nice to Have
- Experience with federal government cloud environments.
- Proven expertise in advanced network monitoring and diagnostics, including SPAN sessions, packet capture analysis, and root-cause investigation across hybrid and secure networks.
- Experience with network automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Linux), leveraging automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce recurring incidents.
- Prior experience in a managed service provider (MSP) or cloud operations environment.
- One or more of the following certifications: Azure AZ-700, CCNA, CCNP.
