We are looking for a Network Engineer to provide Level 2 technical phone support for field technicians working on Fixed Wireless and Satellite services. In this role, you will be critical in resolving customer connection and assurance issues, managing complex incidents, and supporting Connect, Assure, and Migrate appointments.
What You'll Do
- Provide Level 2 technical phone support for field technicians working on Fixed Wireless and Satellite services.
- Resolve customer connection and assurance issues.
- Manage complex incidents.
- Support Connect, Assure, and Migrate appointments.
- Act as a subject matter expert for operations teams.
- Handle escalations from both offshore and onshore teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve work order and appointment issues.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a technical customer support position.
- One year of experience in telecommunications.
- Strong understanding of Fixed Wireless and Satellite technologies.
- Proven ability to navigate complex systems and interpret data across multiple platforms.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple high-demand tasks in dynamic environments.
- Full working rights in Australia.
