Teltonika de Chile SpA is looking for a Network Engineer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will provide critical technical support for our industrial networking and IoT devices, acting as a key link between our R&D department and customers to resolve complex technical challenges.
What You'll Do
- Attend pre-sales and post-sales communications with local market customers, both in-person and remotely.
- Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues from customer configuration, firmware, software, and other sources.
- Facilitate the resolution of complex technical challenges by connecting Teltonika Networks R&D/HQ with customers.
- Work with Linux-based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols, and occasional 3rd-party peripherals.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on products and solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Good communication skills, etiquette, ability, and desire to help others.
- Knowledge of Computer Networking and the basics of telecommunication systems and technologies.
- Fluent in Malay and possess good English language skills.
- Higher or equivalent technical / engineering education.
- Capability of working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Other language skills would be considered an advantage.
- Experience working with routers is an asset.
- Certification in CCNA or similar courses would be considered an advantage.
- Experience in technical support would be considered an advantage.
