Craig Technologies is hiring a Network Architect to support the Submarine Command, Control, Communication Computers, Cyber-Defense & Intelligence contract. You will work onsite in Manassas, Virginia on a standard 9-10 hour work schedule.

What You'll Do

Support Systems Engineering & Intelligence on the Submarine C5I contract.
Perform network integration for a variety of network protocol standards.
Analyze VLANs, spanning-tree, routing (static and dynamic protocols), ACLs, and IP addressing and subnetting.

What We're Looking For

Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
US Citizenship.
A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
3+ years of professional experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

Network development and integration experience with protocols like TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and QoS.
Experience architecting and building complex super computing networks.
Strong network troubleshooting and problem identification skills.
Familiarity with network device vendors such as Cisco and Arista.
Familiarity with 1/10/25/40/100 Gig protocols, serial/satellite links, and optical specifications.
Familiarity with Linux OS, SNMP, Python, and Bash.
Knowledge of TCP/UDP packet format.
Knowledge of Software Defined Networking using OVS.
Knowledge of Kubernetes.
Knowledge of VxLAN.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $130,000 to $150,000.
