Role Overview
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will lead the design and execution of NetSuite integration strategies for diverse client environments. This position demands a technically adept consultant who can assess complex business needs and translate them into robust, scalable integration architectures within the NetSuite ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as lead integration architect across multiple client projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals
- Design end-to-end integrations connecting NetSuite with CRM platforms, HRIS, banking systems, tax engines, e-commerce solutions, and enterprise data platforms
- Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders and internal teams to define system architecture and data flow
- Establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices tailored to each client’s operational landscape
- Review technical designs, mentor development teams, and troubleshoot complex integration challenges
- Convert business and financial process requirements into secure, maintainable technical solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical assessments, solution proposals, and implementation estimates
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in solution or integration architecture roles
- At least 5 years focused on NetSuite integration projects
- Proven experience in client-facing consulting with responsibility for technical delivery
- Proficiency with NetSuite SuiteTalk using both REST and SOAP protocols
- Strong grasp of RESTful API design and common integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS or middleware tools such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato
- Deep knowledge of NetSuite’s data structure and financial operations
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical leaders and executives
