What You'll Do
Design and implement custom solutions on the NetSuite platform to support core business functions including finance, order management, and operations. Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, forms, and custom records using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
Build and manage integrations between NetSuite and external systems such as Salesforce and other enterprise applications. Collaborate with integration teams and third-party vendors to maintain reliable data synchronization and resolve issues related to timing, accuracy, and system behavior.
Work closely with business stakeholders, IT product managers, and administrators to translate functional needs into technical designs. Participate in architecture discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and advocate for scalable, maintainable solutions. Support ongoing ERP roadmap initiatives, including module expansions and process improvements.
Conduct unit testing and assist with system validation to confirm solutions meet requirements. Monitor script performance and optimize system behavior over time. Maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, technical designs, and support procedures to ensure long-term system health.
Requirements
- At least one year of hands-on experience developing and supporting NetSuite in an enterprise production environment
- Proven work with financial systems, billing processes, and order-to-cash workflows
- Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
- Strong technical skills in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite configuration tools
- Ability to solve complex problems independently while collaborating across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Three or more years of NetSuite development experience in large-scale environments
- Background in NetSuite implementations, major upgrades, or post-live optimization
- Familiarity with integration platforms like Workato
- Knowledge of ERP controls, audit requirements, and data governance principles
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication skills when explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
