As a NetSuite Developer, you will play a central role in shaping and improving the organization’s ERP ecosystem. You'll design and implement custom solutions within NetSuite to support core business functions, including financial operations, order management, and cross-system data flows. Your work will directly impact how efficiently and reliably key business processes run across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder to meet evolving business needs
- Create and refine workflows, scripts, forms, and custom records that align with financial and operational requirements
- Design and support integrations between NetSuite and external systems such as CRM platforms and enterprise applications
- Collaborate with integration teams and third-party vendors to ensure stable, governed data exchanges
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to data integrity, timing, and system performance
- Work closely with business stakeholders and IT leaders to translate requirements into technical designs
- Participate in architectural discussions, advocating for scalable, maintainable solutions
- Support ERP roadmap initiatives, including module rollouts and process improvements
- Conduct testing and performance monitoring to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Document customizations, technical designs, and support procedures for long-term sustainability
- Partner with administrators on system upgrades, releases, and environment management
- Identify and reduce technical debt by simplifying legacy customizations
- Stay up to date with NetSuite platform updates and evolving development standards
Qualifications
Candidates should have hands-on experience developing within NetSuite in an enterprise setting. A strong grasp of ERP fundamentals, integration patterns, and scripting is essential.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience developing on NetSuite in a production environment
- Experience supporting financial, billing, and order-to-cash processes
- Proven ability to integrate NetSuite with CRM and other enterprise systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite configuration tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of NetSuite development experience
- Background in NetSuite implementations or post-live optimization
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Workato
- Understanding of ERP controls, audit requirements, and data governance principles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $76,000–$88,000. Final offers may vary based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity. Base pay does not include benefits or additional incentives.
