Endava is looking for a Net Development Lead to play a key role within our engineering teams. You will be involved in the full development lifecycle of features, ensuring continuous improvement and high-quality software delivery. You will plan your own work, interact with colleagues and external contacts, and contribute to the team's systematic knowledge management.
What You'll Do
- Involve yourself in the implementation of software development processes, standards, and best practices.
- Design, code, verify, test, document, amend, and refactor moderately complex programs/scripts.
- Apply agreed standards and tools to achieve well-engineered results.
- Contribute towards optimizing the engineering lifecycle through knowledge management and continuous learning.
- Participate in code reviews to drive higher engineering productivity and quality.
- Show individual engineering excellence through analysis tools, control gates, and peer reviews.
- Monitor and report on progress, identifying issues and proposing practical solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, models, and methods on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborate in reviews of work with others as appropriate.
- Escalate, document, and manage issues related to product design, feature set, and functionality.
What We're Looking For
- A total of 10+ years of professional experience.
- A technical graduation degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Significant experience in engineering development for a Product SaaS organization.
Nice to Have
- Post-graduation in advanced computer science subjects.
- An MBA in Systems.
