About the Role

Join SupportYourApp as a native Lithuanian Chat Support Consultant for cryptocurrency trading, delivering outstanding customer support fully remotely. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues through live chat, email, and tickets.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer support for crypto trading via live chat, tickets, and email
  • Handle customer inquiries, order disputes, and appeals
  • Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests
  • Manage complaints and appeals, including follow-ups on escalations when required
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s trading platform and general market conditions
  • Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team
  • Continuously seek ways to improve team performance and work efficiency
  • Be a part of a fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays

What We're Looking For

  • Native Lithuanian and excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level)
  • At least 6 months of live chat support experience
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Nice to Have

  • Live chat support experience preferably in crypto or financial services
  • Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience
  • Crypto industry knowledge
  • CRM experience in Salesforce
