SupportYourApp is hiring a remote Chat Support Consultant for crypto trading. You will deliver outstanding customer support via live chat and email, building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support in crypto trading via live chat and email, promptly addressing inquiries and complaints.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback.
- Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s trading platform and general market conditions.
- Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team.
- Continuously seek ways to improve team performance and work efficiency.
- Be a part of a fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays.
What We're Looking For
- Native French speaker.
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level).
- At least 6-12 months of live chat support experience.
- Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience.
- Crypto industry knowledge.
- CRM experience in Salesforce.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Nice to Have
- Live chat support experience in crypto or financial services.
- Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience.
