SupportYourApp is looking for a native Dutch-speaking Customer Support Consultant to provide exceptional support for a client in the crypto and blockchain space. In this fully remote role based in the Philippines, you will be the frontline for customer inquiries, building lasting relationships and collaborating with various IT departments.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs and apply the latest customer service practices
- Always be up-to-date with evolving technology in the crypto space
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Maintain a working knowledge of our client’s products and services
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
What We're Looking For
- Native Dutch communication skills
- English B2 communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Personal or professional experience in trading, investments, or blockchain
- Experience providing support via live chats
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong analytical and research skills
- A positive and responsible attitude
- A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM
- A stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
