Mayne Pharma is hiring a National Sales Director, Women's Health

Responsibilities

  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open dialogue, team involvement, and the exchange of ideas to strengthen employee engagement
  • Demonstrate and promote organizational values and leadership principles
  • Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and regulatory compliance in all business activities
  • Support team member career progression through structured training and professional development systems

  • Comply with corporate policies including trade regulations, marketing guidelines, anti-discrimination standards, and workplace conduct rules
  • Follow the Prescription Drug Marketing Act of 1987 and internal protocols for the responsible distribution of product samples and inventory
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of field team data such as customer interactions and time tracking
  • Manage monthly business forecasting, planning, execution, and performance tracking
  • Oversee adoption and proper use of field sales technology platforms
  • Create and track regional budget performance
  • Guarantee timely completion of required administrative submissions
  • Enforce adherence to established administrative procedures
  • Assess resource allocation to support profitability targets
  • Review and validate expense reporting for accuracy and policy compliance
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, advocacy organizations, and influencers in the Women’s Health space
  • Maximize impact through effective promotional initiatives
  • Achieve sales volume and market share goals aligned with Women’s Health objectives
  • Deliver financial results within approved budgets and return on investment expectations
  • Establish a regional strategy that reflects the organization’s mission and core values
  • Inspire and lead the regional Women’s Health sales force with clear direction and motivation
  • Design and implement regional and territory-level business plans to meet corporate goals, including customer targeting, competitive assessment, and trend analysis
  • Align regional efforts with national resources and initiatives
  • Contribute to national and regional strategic planning discussions
  • Identify and advance representatives based on performance, skills, and leadership potential
