Responsibilities

- Assess resource allocation to support profitability targets
- Review and validate expense reporting for accuracy and policy compliance
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders, advocacy organizations, and influencers in the Women’s Health space
- Maximize impact through effective promotional initiatives
- Achieve sales volume and market share goals aligned with Women’s Health objectives
- Deliver financial results within approved budgets and return on investment expectations
- Establish a regional strategy that reflects the organization’s mission and core values
- Inspire and lead the regional Women’s Health sales force with clear direction and motivation
- Design and implement regional and territory-level business plans to meet corporate goals, including customer targeting, competitive assessment, and trend analysis
- Align regional efforts with national resources and initiatives
- Contribute to national and regional strategic planning discussions
- Identify and advance representatives based on performance, skills, and leadership potential
