Luminus is hiring a National O&M CIND Manager to define and execute the strategy for operational technology cybersecurity, industrial networks, and data management across our entire Generation department. In this leadership role, you will empower production teams with secure, high-quality data and resilient digital infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the expert CIND teams (Industrial Networks, Cybersecurity, Data Management & Reporting), ensuring strong recruitment, coaching, and collaboration.
- Guide Production teams in applying industrial network and cybersecurity best practices to enhance performance and operational reliability.
- Provide and grow deep technical expertise in OT cybersecurity, industrial networks, and automated reporting.
- Support new-build and renovation projects by defining OT architecture, cybersecurity requirements, data processes, and reporting standards.
- Act as the key bridge between Generation and Luminus IT, aligning tools, policies, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Ensure safe working conditions for internal teams and contractors, aiming for zero accidents.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in team management.
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial network cybersecurity.
- Strong OT cybersecurity expertise.
- Strong coaching skills, with the ability to inspire change and lead with empathy.
- Strategic vision combined with hands-on problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a helicopter view.
- Fluent in French or Dutch, fluent in English, and basic competence in the other national language.
Nice to Have
- IEC 62443 certification (or readiness to obtain it within two years).
