Responsibilities

- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings.
- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to manage cases efficiently.
- Stay current with legal developments and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and legal staff.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Manage and oversee the work of paralegals and legal assistants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with litigation and claims management.
- Participate in continuing legal education and professional development activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures.

- Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony.
