Responsibilities
- Managing candidates throughout the hiring funnel (from Application to Offer)
- Publishing and updating vacancies, managing job boards
- Coordinating the interviewers team (scheduling, communication, availability)
- Working with data: maintaining trackers and monitoring hiring performance metrics
- Communicating with candidates and supporting them throughout the process
- Collaborate with onboarding and supply teams to ensure smooth pipeline flow
- Support improvements in hiring processes and candidate experience
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- English level: B2+ (both written and spoken)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
Nice to Have
- Experience working with ATS / CRM systems
- Previous experience in EdTech or high-volume hiring environments
- Understanding of the full hiring lifecycle and basic metrics
