Requirements
- Minimum of six months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2 level or higher
- Strong focus on accuracy and capability to handle multiple candidate pipelines at once
- Familiarity with managing and navigating data in spreadsheet formats
- Excellent organizational abilities and clear, effective communication skills
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving setting with frequent changes
Nice to Have
- Prior experience using applicant tracking or customer relationship management systems
- Background in educational technology or environments with high-volume hiring needs
- Familiarity with end-to-end hiring processes and fundamental recruitment metrics
