About the Role

Kimberly-Clark USA, LLC is hiring a National Key Account Manager to strategically preserve and grow relationships with key retail partners, achieving above-market growth rates for Kimberly-Clark Professional North America. In this remote role, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding a cross-functional team and driving growth for both retail sales and in-store operations.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver profitable growth by building and executing multi-year joint business plans with key retail partners.
  • Generate revenue growth in both Goods For Resale (GFR) and Goods Not For Resale (GNFR).
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior leadership at key retail partners through cadenced sessions.
  • Optimize and expand the KCP Goods For Resale portfolio with an omni-channel focus (on-line and in-store).
  • Optimize and expand the sale of KCP Goods Not For Resale in Hand Hygiene, Tissue, and Wiping products.
  • Develop and lead customer presentations for joint business planning, category line reviews, and trade shows.
  • Support commercial execution, including forecasting, promotional planning, and tracking sales performance.
  • Collaborate across all functions of KCP and Consumer to elevate the customer experience.
  • Execute KCP initiatives effectively with the customer to achieve growth targets.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and enhance customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities supported by analytics.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of business and sales experience.
  • Deep understanding of B2B and B2C sales.
  • Data driven analytical skills and decision making.
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience as part of a cross functional team managing large and complex customers.
  • Experience managing and influencing executive level relationships (internal and external).
  • Travel up to 40% (may include limited weekends for retailer trade shows).

Team & Environment

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Associate Director, National Accounts.

  • Compensation range: $88,100 – $108,900 USD.
