Bright Horizons is looking for an experienced Nanny to provide high-quality care and developmental experiences for children on an ad-hoc basis. You will be instrumental in ensuring the highest level of supervision, promoting safety and wellbeing while delivering exceptional care aligned with our HEART Principles.
What You'll Do
- Provide reliable, ad-hoc childcare support for Bright Horizons clients.
- Work with children across various age ranges, guiding educational play and delivering activities that support individual development.
- Supervise children throughout the day, keeping their safety and wellbeing paramount.
- Promote and implement Bright Horizons policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in childcare and the ability to care for children of all ages.
- An Early Years Qualification* along with professional UK experience working with children.
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
- A thorough understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
- A flexible, dynamic approach with the ability to work with a variety of families.
- Availability for two full days per week.
Qualification Pathways
- Unqualified candidates need a minimum of 2 years childcare experience.
- Level 2 Childcare qualified candidates need a minimum of 18 months childcare experience.
- Level 3 Childcare qualified (or above) candidates need a minimum of 1 year’s childcare experience.
