Must Have Skills: Python (Strong), Generative AI Fundamentals (Strong), Machine Learning on Azure (Strong) Job Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy applications leveraging advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) including GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, and BERT-family • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating LLMs with vector/graph databases like Weaviate and Neo4j for knowledge-grounded responses • Apply sophisticated prompt engineering and optimization techniques to enhance LLM performance • Execute fine-tuning, model distillation, and comprehensive evaluations using standard GenAI metrics (BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, semantic similarity) • Develop and maintain robust AI workflows using cutting-edge frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, LangSmith, and Hugging Face Transformers • Collaborate across teams to integrate AI models into scalable production systems • Monitor model performance, troubleshoot complexities, and continuously optimize inference pipelines • Stay current with emerging trends and research in Generative AI, Transformers, and LLM architectures
