What You'll Do
Design and implement intelligent AI systems that leverage large language models to produce structured, reliable outputs. You'll develop and refine prompts, orchestrate multi-step workflows, and integrate function calling to build autonomous AI agents that meet real-world operational demands.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions—from concept through deployment and monitoring—ensuring systems are efficient, secure, and ethically sound. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases where AI automation can enhance performance and decision-making.
Architect scalable backends that support low-latency, high-throughput model execution while minimizing resource usage. Develop reusable frameworks for combining multiple AI models and tools into cohesive, maintainable systems. Continuously improve existing automation to adapt to evolving technical capabilities and mission needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
- At least 2 years focused on AI system design and implementation
- Six months or more dedicated to prompt engineering or agentic AI development
- Strong expertise in Python and relevant AI libraries and frameworks
- Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Solid grasp of algorithms and data structures for optimizing system performance
- Ability to explain technical AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
