Melotech is seeking a Music Creative to be the architect behind the sound that defines our product. You will own the complete production pipeline, produce original songs across genres, and directly influence the company's success. This is a foundational role where you will be one of the first employees shaping our trajectory and revolutionizing media through technology.
What You'll Do
- Own the complete production pipeline from initial concept to final mix
- Produce original songs across multiple genres
- Finetune AI models and tools
- Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured quality feedback
- Manage and guide external producers creatively and technically
- Research emerging audio trends and integrate new production techniques
- Collaborate with a team of experienced creatives and engineers

- Expert-level proficiency in DAWs, mixing, mastering, and sound design
- Proven track record of high-quality productions with demonstrable success
