At Learnlight, we are looking for a Multimedia Specialist to join our remote team. Reporting to the Head of Learning, you will have a direct impact on the design, production, and maintenance of multimedia assets, including video and audio content. This role blends hands-on creative work with AI-driven workflows and project coordination to ensure all assets meet our quality, accessibility, and branding standards.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce professional video and audio content for adult learning programs.
- Edit, assemble, and enhance audiovisual materials using tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, Audacity, Avid Pro Tools, Ableton Live, or similar platforms.
- Integrate and research AI-driven tools for multilingual content creation, translation, and scalable production.
- Ensure all content meets WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Manage end-to-end multimedia workflows, coordinating with instructional, technical, and subject-matter teams.
- Oversee vendors and external collaborators, providing feedback, and tracking usage and payments.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in multimedia, video, or audio production.
- Strong working knowledge of multimedia tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Audacity, or similar.
- Ability to create visually engaging and pedagogically effective content.
- Practical understanding of WCAG and inclusive design principles.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based content creation tools (avatars, translation tools, LLMs).
- Strong interest in AI-powered learning media.
- Highly collaborative and cross-functional.
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating across global teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects with strong time management and documentation skills.
