Ethos Interactive is looking for a Multimedia Designer who thinks visually, moves fast, and brings ideas to life across formats. This role sits at the intersection of design, motion, and storytelling.
What You'll Do
- Design high-quality visual assets across digital, social, web, and presentations
- Create motion graphics and light animations for reels, stories, explainers, and UI motion
- Support campaigns with KV adaptations, layouts, and visual systems
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and strategists
- Translate briefs into strong visual executions and push them further
- Adapt designs across formats while keeping the idea sharp and consistent
- Manage multiple tasks without dropping quality
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in a creative agency, studio, or in-house team
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and motion basics
- Experience designing for social media and digital platforms
- A portfolio that shows range, taste, and attention to detail
- Ability to take feedback without ego and defend good ideas when needed
Nice to Have
- Basic video editing experience with Premiere Pro or similar
- Familiarity with Figma or UI-related work
