Responsibilities

- Provide training and enablement programs for MSP partners
- Monitor market trends and adapt channel strategies accordingly
- Drive quarterly and annual sales targets within the region
- Coordinate with internal teams to align partner goals with company objectives
- Manage onboarding processes for new MSP partners
- Support partners in resolving technical and sales challenges
- Track partner performance using CRM and sales analytics tools
- Organize regional partner events and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with partner program requirements
- Act as primary point of contact for MSP partner inquiries
- Negotiate agreements and manage contract renewals
- Promote product adoption through targeted campaigns
- Gather partner feedback to inform product and support improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive offerings
- Assist in the development of co-branded marketing materials
- Facilitate communication between partners and technical teams
