About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical support for Oracle Payroll environments
- Analyze and resolve complex payroll-related system issues
- Collaborate with clients to understand payroll processing requirements
- Troubleshoot integration problems between payroll and other HR systems
- Provide timely responses to critical support tickets
- Document root causes and resolution steps for recurring issues
- Support payroll implementation and upgrade projects
- Assist in testing patches and system updates
- Interpret payroll legislation impacts on system configurations
- Guide junior team members on best practices
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Payroll functionality
- Work with development teams to escalate bugs or defects
- Produce technical documentation for internal and client use
- Ensure data integrity during payroll processing cycles
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Participate in on-call support rotations
- Validate payroll calculations against statutory requirements
- Assist in data migration activities
- Train clients on support processes and tools
- Maintain compliance with data protection standards
- Coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary
- Report on key support metrics and service levels
- Facilitate knowledge transfer within support teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
