Responsibilities
- Supports research efforts upon request from R&D, including site assessment, recruitment, expert engagement, and collaboration management.
- Establishes and maintains connections with external experts in designated therapeutic areas within a specific region.
- Shares field observations with internal stakeholders and delivers scientific education on disease states and products to healthcare professionals and researchers.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of market dynamics, industry trends, and product information relevant to key therapeutic focus areas.
- Collaborates with field teams to design and implement a territory strategy aligned with shared business goals, including recording HCP interactions in internal systems.
- Prepares the market for emerging therapeutic interests by building awareness and relationships within the medical community.
- Provides scientific expertise to commercial teams for initiatives such as congress participation, advisory boards, and training programs.
- Manages resources effectively, including prudent financial decision-making.
- Delivers clinical and scientific support within an assigned region, contributing to team and corporate objectives through achievement of expert engagement goals and project timelines.
- Ensures adherence to all applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
