About the Role
The role involves providing high-quality applied behavior analysis services to clients in a remote capacity, including assessment, intervention design, and progress monitoring within a multidisciplinary support framework.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment strategies
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with client goals
- Deliver direct consultation to caregivers and support staff on implementation techniques
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Supervise the work of behavior technicians and ensure adherence to protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide training to families and staff on behavior management principles
- Ensure all interventions follow ethical and professional guidelines set by certifying bodies
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews to support continuous improvement
Nice to Have
- Experience delivering telehealth or remote ABA services
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and digital documentation tools
- Training in crisis prevention and positive behavior support models
- Background working with school-based programs or educational teams
