Responsibilities
- Approve Construction Perm loans prior to and during closing, performed daily and accounts for approximately 10% of time.
- Review and process pre-closing documentation for construction loans, including contracts, plans, specifications, title reports, and repair forms, completed daily and takes about 10% of time.
- Verify and file recorded documents for correctness after loan closing, conducted weekly and occupies around 5% of time.
- Develop detailed inspection records for properties during construction, performed daily and takes up about 15% of time.
- Authorize key documents such as Builders Risk insurance, Builder Liability, Flood Insurance, Notice to Owners, Lien Waivers, Notice of Commencement, and Foundation Surveys, done daily and accounts for 10% of time.
- Manage final draw disbursements and assist with loan modifications, completed daily and represents about 5% of time.
- Use data and reports to track loan progress and manage workload, performed daily and takes approximately 15% of time.
- Supervise the issuance and extension of Notices of Commencement, handled weekly and takes about 5% of time.
- Process extensions for the interest-only period on Construction Perm loans, completed monthly and accounts for 5% of time.
- Support the Home Builder Approval Program, performed quarterly and takes about 5% of time.
- Respond to inquiries from borrowers and builders, conducted daily and occupies around 5% of time.
- Track and follow up on past due Construction Perm loans, performed weekly and takes about 5% of time.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, required daily.
- Remain consistently alert and operate safely during daily work activities.
- Complete mandatory BSA/AML and other assigned compliance training, performed quarterly.
- Carry out additional related duties as assigned or required.
