Life360 is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Specialist for a 5-6 month contract position. You will provide temporary coverage during a staff member’s parental leave, playing a key role in supporting internal learning and data-informed decision-making efforts.
What You'll Do
- Collect team-wide input on data collection instruments.
- Program, launch, and track completion of SurveyMonkey surveys.
- Analyze survey data, including descriptive and crosstab quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of open-ended responses.
- Present analysis results in easy-to-interpret visuals.
- Manage project timelines and communications to students and stakeholders throughout data collection and analysis.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience with project coordination, data analysis, and data visualization.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and SurveyMonkey.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Available for consistent collaboration with teams located in North America, Europe, India, South Africa, and Malaysia.

- Proficiency in SPSS and Slate.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $30–$40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
