Southern New Hampshire University is looking for a Modern Workplace Administrator to provide support and administration across Microsoft 365 and SNHU-managed endpoints. In this role, you'll respond to service requests, troubleshoot end-user issues, and ensure a positive digital experience within our Microsoft Modern Workplace environment.
What You'll Do
- Maintain, configure, and manage SNHU-issued Windows and macOS devices using Intune and JAMF.
- Handle software packaging, deployments, and updates using MECM or Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Support end-user questions and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Intune/MECM.
- Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and ticketing notes in ServiceNow.
- Follow established processes for patching, compliance, and endpoint security requirements.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior staff while providing context and supporting details.
- Maintain a helpful, professional, and service-oriented approach when working with colleagues and end-users.
- Participate in routine audits, asset tracking, and system clean-up tasks.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in IT Administration, IT Support, or a related area.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with patch management, compliance, and security best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms.
- Experience with scripting or automation, such as PowerShell.
