EX Squared is hiring an IT Support Analyst (Remote - Latam)

Jobgether is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our fully remote team. You will provide proactive, high-quality technical support and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization, working from anywhere in Latin America.

What You'll Do

• Manage and secure company devices using MDM solutions.
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently using ticketing systems like Jira (ITSM).
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely maintenance and support.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve IT processes and workflows.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, internal wikis, and knowledge bases.
• Support end-users with Google Workspace applications and other productivity tools.
• Ensure IT security best practices are followed to mitigate potential threats.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively in remote environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in managing devices, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
• Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Flexible, patient, persistent, and capable of managing shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in fintech or fast-paced startup environments.
