Kohl's is seeking an IT / Microsoft Specialist (m/w/d) to join a new initiative building a modern, specialized IT system house focused on Microsoft technologies. This founding role involves providing reliable, personal IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses by constructing and operating their core IT infrastructure, both remotely and on-site.
What You'll Do
- Build and operate IT infrastructure for business customers, both remote and on-site
- Set up, manage, and support Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
- Handle Azure services, including migration projects, management, and security concept development
- Manage Endpoint-Management & Security with Microsoft Defender and potential third-party solutions
- Provide consulting and technical support directly to business customers
- Contribute to building internal processes, tools, and automation
- Potentially step into a team leadership or strategic role over time
What We're Looking For
- Completed training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
- Solid, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 & Azure at an administrative level
- A structured and independent way of working
- High customer orientation and strong communication skills
Nice to Have
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104)

Work Mode
