PXG is hiring a Mobile Sales Leader

About the Role

PXG is hiring a Mobile Sales Leader to drive our field sales strategy and execution. In this remote role, you will partner with the National Mobile Sales Manager to ensure field operations meet outlined sales objectives and KPIs while building strong relationships with key accounts and new business channels.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities to achieve field sales objectives and market growth while maintaining effective cost control.
  • Develop and present monthly and quarterly field business updates, including accomplishments toward objectives, to PXG’s leadership team.
  • Complete sales objectives by helping teams build and grow sales pipelines within designated channels.
  • Develop sales forecasts, interpret results, and provide recommendations to drive business; regularly track sales promotions for effectiveness.
  • Synergize sales efforts by forecasting for each distinctive channel and taking steps to define, initiate, and implement respective channel responsibilities.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to existing customers and actively develop prospect networks domestically and internationally.
  • Work across PXG teams to identify, recommend, and implement improvements to enhance service and support of the overall sales and relationship management process.
  • Regularly track, evaluate, and communicate updates to senior leadership on progress against strategic plans, adjusting to increase productivity as appropriate.
  • Select, hire, train, and coach teams to achieve a high level of performance.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience while properly custom fitting all potential customers.
  • Foster a team environment and lead the professional development of the field team.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in business management, sales, and operations.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales and operational goals.
  • A results-driven, entrepreneurial-minded, and adaptable leader with a proven history of successfully introducing, implementing, and executing retail business plans.

Nice to Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree.

Team & Environment

This position reports to the National Mobile Sales Manager.
